Hello Guys and Girls! I hope this information will be useful for everyone. My name is Mekashikato Rinkatokatoterikashi . I am from Nepal. This blog will not only be useful for you but it will also be useful for me as I am starting learning English and this is my homework. :P
One of the common questions I get is how do I gain weight? Its either, 'I am a teenager', 'I am a hard gainer', 'I am an Ectomorph', 'I can not seem to put on pounds. So I wanted to make a blog showing exactly that. Covering daily eating routine, workouts and how it is possible. I was also a lot skinny. I tried this routine my self for 7 months. I got from 160 to 180 pounds. This is a pretty damn jump in that short amount of time. And that is what it really takes with consistency, hard work and patience because some times it takes a bit longer. In my case my body adapted really quickly and it paid off. So you apply these three things and you will definitely get those results. Lets show you how this is possible. I am gonna show you the food i am eating daily, all my daily workouts and hopefully you can apply that knowledge too. And remember! its going to take Time, Consistency and Hard work.
What I eat daily?
I usually buy wheat bread because its great, Eggs, milk lots of fruits, berries like strawberries, blue berries, black berries, raspberries, Greek Yogurt, turkey bacon for breakfast, oatmeal and steaks, lean meats like chicken, making some complex carbohydrates like sweet potatoes. The simple you make the eating plan the better you do not have to complicate it. Obviously you want the food that tastes good but the same time you do not want to make it too complex where you are feeling you are struggling trying to make the meals per day. So just keep things as simple as you can you obviously want your proteins, your good carbohydrates and also your healthy fats like peanut butter, avocado, nuts, anything you really find that is going to be easy to make, easy to eat and something that you actually like to eat too. That really helps. And you also got to think. It is going to be a lot of work. Working out is hard. Sometimes its hard to get motivated to go to the gym and workout and put up that heavy weight. Eating is going to be the same way. Sometimes you are going to be sick of eating because you are eating a lot. When I started eating, I ate 4000 calories a day every single day. And after a while it was hard to get in that many calories. But I had a goal, a goal to gain a lot of weight, gain a lot of muscle. I would workout morning and evening spit and i knew if I as stressing those muscles that much, I was going to have to be eating accordingly. Because if I was not feeding the body properly, it was not going to grow. And that's why I was eating 4000 calories a day consistently and also working out consistently. Those combination is going to help build those muscles and help you reach the goals you want to reach. You are going to be working out your muscles so they are going to be hungry for the nutrition that you are going to feed the body.
