Teenage Bodybuilding - How to build bigger chest

Hey guys and girls! Today I am back with another blog on teenage bodybuilding. I got a lot of people asking me how to build a bigger chest also known. So today I am going to show you top exercises to build a bigger chest. "How much do you bench bro?" is the usual question people ask you when they want to know your strength. The flat bench press is only going to hit part of the chest. The pectoral major is the lower portion and pectoral minor which is the upper portion of the chest. So I am going to show you some exercise to grow bigger chest.
Exercise 1: Bench Press.
So I am going to get the most classic chest workout out of the way first. It's the best compound movement for the chest. This is going to hit the pectoral major or lower portion of the chest. So the standard way of doing this is feet flat on the floor, shoulder blades locked and you are going to get it down all the way and bring it all the way back up. It is one of the best exercise for chest development.

Exercise 2: Incline Cable Flys.
The good thing about this exercise is that it is going to stress the pectoral minor. Thanks god because this little muscle doesn't do a lot of work and you definitely got to stress it. The Cable Fly is perfect because you get that perfect stress on the outside tearing more muscle fibers. Difference between cable flys and dumbbell flys is that you are going to keep constant tension throughout the exercise.

Exercise 3: Straight arm Barbell Pullovers.
This is not a well known exercise. Its definitely an old school one. It helped develop those classic chest back in 60s and 70s. The best way to do these is lie flat on a bench keep your arms straight and you are going to slowly lower it above your head. And contract the chest as you pull it back up. What  you want is to put a close grip that way the chest is going to contain all the contraction.

Exercise 4: Dips.
That's right! We are on the dips. Very famous exercise. One thing that people don't know is that dips can be changed. It can be a triceps exercise or chest exercise. Here is the changes that can be made in positioning that way you can put the stress in the chest. When you are in the dip position make sure your hands are wide. You want to lean forward over your palms. This exercise is great to carve out that nice pectoral major. That way you don't have man boobs.

Exercise 5: Cable Cross-over.
This is a great exercise for the inner chest development. You want that striation Well this exercise is here to do it. What is striation? Well it is the definition and its the full fibers that show up through the skin. You can search online on how to do this exercise.
