Transformation from Skinny to muscular

Today we are going to be talking about general nutrition. So you have to have a better understanding of food and fitness. So instead of fitness we are going to be talking about food today. What happened to me when I first started working out was, I was a skinny boy who wanted to get buffed. But I did not know much about anything, either it be working out or nutrition. So I would just repeat Arnold's workout program because I wanted to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger because he had a good physique. As far as eating goes, I did not know what the hell I was doing. So all I wanted to do was eat a lot because I was going to gain a lot and get really big. And it really did not work.

So what you must keep in mind is more calories equals to more size. So obviously I was not very educated in nutrition at that time, but I did know if I put in a lot of hard work and consistency, you can get a pretty buff physique. And that is exactly what happened. I would have four thousand to five thousand calories a day. I would sometimes workout twice a day. And that is what you want to have in your mentality, the consistency and be like a machine. So what you have to do is have a mentality of being consistent with your nutrition & workouts and setting a goal for yourself. if you want to be a cover model, you should not be going out and have six-seven bottles of beer everyday or in and out of McDonalds. You got to have a mentality of a machine where you are like "I am doing this every single day, I am going to put hard work into this". If you do not have the habit of working out all the time or eating all the time, the you are going to fail because you are going to over complicate everything.

So in the end I want to say that make sure you put hard work in the gym, make sure you are consistent with that calorie intake and you will see results. So that is the number one question we get, how do I go from skinny dude to a buff dude. And I can not stress enough that it is going to take that consistency, it is going to take that hard work.
